“You get what You pay for …”
Bed sheets where used, furniture a bit worn down, except the bedding everything else in the room was clean. Aircon was working. No smell. Room was spacious, one can see clearly that the stairs and surroundings of the hotel weren‘t cared for. On arrival noone at the reception but after a phonecall a friendly guy arrived that gave me the key after i helped him find my booking in his emails … mai bpen rai … i had a good nights sleep - at checkout also nobody present which is not unusual in thailand.

“Emphasize sleeping at night.”
Room: I booked through Agoda for only 340 THB per night, very cheap. But the shower pressure was weak and I had to keep turning the hot water on and off, and the mattress was firm — a spring mattress with no topper — so I had to sleep half on a blanket and use the other half as a cover. If two people stayed, they'd definitely have to sleep on a very firm bed.

“Peaceful place with spacious rooms”
Very pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean, and really peaceful – perfect to rest. The location is quite local and slightly isolated, which makes it ideal for a short stay (1–2 nights) if you want to experience a quieter, more natural side of Thailand, away from the city. There are many fruit trees around the rooms, creating a relaxing atmosphere, and each room has an outdoor table where you can sit and enjoy your meal. Even without transportation, it’s easy to order food as Grab delivers to the property, so it’s not a problem at all. Coffee is also available in the morning. Overall, a calm and comfortable place, especially if you’re looking for a peaceful break.

“Very good”
Liked: You get what you pay for in this hotel. I believe they generally cater to local tourists as all of the other guests were Thai. The place was clean. The area is very interesting to walk in. It’s a nice and quiet area.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable- springs in your back the whole night. Many mosquitoes. Also very far from town but we didn’t mind that part.

“Reasonably good enough to spend a night or two”
Everything is pretty good and clean enough to stay! Basic Thai accommodation. Just the mosquitoes… everything else is fine.

“Very good”
Liked: Being in the country the river and meadow out back.
Disliked: No bike and very out of the way. Restaurant and bar/sitting area are no longer in existence. Property Needed just some tlc. So we bounced so finding food wasn’t a struggle.
