“Wonderful apartment — clean and cozy.”

Liked: Wonderful apartment — very clean, cozy, and conveniently located. It’s a 10–15 minute walk to the DMCC metro station and about 5 minutes to the beach. There are several supermarkets right next to the building.

Disliked: Overall, everything was great. The washing machine is a bit outdated and didn’t always spin properly on every cycle, but it was easily solved by running an extra spin cycle.

“Great location, but the accomodation needs an update”

Liked: The location is great. It is also a big appartement. Living room and kitchen are great.

Disliked: The toilets and showers are very outdated. Really needs to be replaced.
