“Please do not waste your money booking here”
Me and my partner booked to stay here and we thought we got such a good deal,, we did not. Please do not be fooled. It is non- refundable purposely so that they force you into staying. Originally we were charged 7 million extra to stay in this property which is more than double what we originally paid. I then got in touch with agoda and the property offered 1.4 million which i said was fine and they offered to swap our stay to the song apartment instead but i declined as we wanted to stay nearer the beach. When we arrived it took 6 hours to check us in as they denied offering the price of 1.4 million and wouldn’t let us check in so we had to sit in the rain for all 6 hours with 4 suitcases + extra bags. We ended up checking out after 1 week of staying there because we got so fed up with the poor and inconsistent communication from the host as our washing machine didn’t work so i had to hand wash all our clothes in the sink for a week. The towels were old and dirty and half of the plates and cups had cracks through them so they weren’t usable. Please please do not waste your money here i have never been treated so awfully by a host. ( The room is also right next to the building work so you can hear it and it blocks some of the beach view) - bed was comfy though 👍

“Scam installation does not refund when canceled.”
Fraud, the apartment is a scam and they charge a resort fee for *** 1 night which is not included in the rental price, if you pay in advance and want to cancel, they won't refund it, they have hidden clauses.

Terrible! The house has a lot of cockroaches, no bath soap, no toothbrush, and the house is in disrepair. They have already charged management fees and are charging an additional 50,000 VND per visit for the pool.

“Deceptive pricing”
Agoda priced this apartment at *** per night which was included the tax and fees....after receiving the booking confirmation, it shows an additional 500,000 VND ( around $19 USD) per night fee payable to the host when check in... Since I booked the apartment the last minute which can not be canceled. I have stayed there for 5 nights, besides the deceptive pricing, additional fees is required if one wants to use the swimming pool or motorbike parking.. Apartment seems old with broken and dirty furnishings.....

“Not proportional to the price.”
Need to check the accommodation regulations. After paying the fee at ***, when you arrive, you must pay an additional 500,000 (no receipt) for one night (on weekdays). The room does not support personal hygiene items, bottled water, and no trash bags. There is no staff to assist when requested. The parking lot is small, and you have to find a parking space outside when it's crowded. Very bad.

“reflecting the quality of apartment 4.09 of the CSJ apartment building”
When I made the payment on the AGODA website, the room price was 2,386,411 VND (including the price for 2 nights), with an additional charge of 264,550 VND and taxes and fees of 355,228 VND. TOTAL PRICE = 3,00,169 VND BUT WHEN I ARRIVED TO CHECK IN, THE RECEPTIONIST DEMANDED AN ADDITIONAL 1,000,000 VND. The room did not have a toothbrush or a bottled water (when I asked, they responded on Zalo that their policy is to protect the environment, so they do not provide single-use items; I had to buy personal hygiene products and bottled water at nearby shops). The room was dirty with dust on the furniture, and there was no one to clean the room daily. When I checked in, there was a foul smell, and the air conditioner was dusty, making a whooshing sound when turned on, like there was a ghost. I also work in the short-term/long-term apartment rental industry in Ho Chi Minh City, but I didn't expect to encounter such a terrible room when taking my family on a trip!

“You should read carefully before booking.”
I just had a bad experience at this hotel, so I want to share it for everyone to consider before booking a room. ❌ The room had a bad smell and felt not properly cleaned. ❌ The bedding and the bathroom were not as clean as shown in the advertisements. ❌ There were many unexpected additional charges, which made the actual costs significantly higher. ❌ The service quality was not commensurate with the amount of money spent.
