Bella Nara Hotel, Chiang Mai

Plenty of things to like. Comfy beds, spacious rooms very friendly staff etc. It does have some noise issues with insulationsbetween you and next door's bathroom not being great. And the main road is right outside (double glazing is good but not perfect). Special mention to the breakfast staff and the breakfast itself - excellent. Biggest gripe is they obviously use a blanket policy of no check in before 3pm. Reception say: "staff are still cleaning your room" but that is patently untrue in such a big hotel. Perhaps they have no system to know what rooms are ready? An odd one for an upscale hotel.Normally checking in at 14.30 wouldnt be a problem unless it was totally rammed the night before and everyone checked out late. They were certainly not. Seems an unnecessary annoyance when you just arrived off a flight.

The pool is lovely but lack of sunlight means the water is freezing. Its better for a quick dip rather than a few hours by the pool. The hotel is siutated slightly outside of the old town, does involve crossing main roads etc to get there. I have stayed in better located hotels in Chiang Mai.

I was impressed with the service and the welcome preparation in the room from the hotel. Everything in the room was clean. The overall atmosphere was nice, and it is close to tourist attractions.

Liked: Staff location and uniqueness

Disliked: Nothing

I had such a lovely time here at Bella Nara! The room was not only aesthetically beautiful, it was also clean! The staff were also quick to resolve a problem ( the manual lock for the main door was not working) with my room upon arrival. Amenities provided were also decent. Location was generally great as there were many cafes and spa within walking distance! Truly enjoyed my stay there and will definitely recommend and stay here again when I visit Chiang Mai!

너무 친절하고 호텔도 너무 예뻐요

The accommodation Bella Nara, which was the top contender for this trip, exceeded my expectations. The location and facilities are perfect without any shortcomings. The breakfast was also beyond expectations, and I really liked the pool that uses saltwater. Above all, the staff were very helpful in ensuring there were no inconveniences during our stay, making it an even more perfect trip. And above all, the moment I stepped in to check in, I felt really satisfied with the clean lobby and the fragrance. If you're considering accommodations for your trip to Chiang Mai, I highly recommend Bella Nara!

Wonderful stay during our 6 days at Bella Nara Hotel. We truly enjoyed our time here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were always friendly, polite, and welcoming. There is shuttle bus to JJ market and also airport transfer price also very affordable, i will definitely stay at bella nara again if i come back to chiang mai next time!
