“Excellent peaceful retreat, very pet friendly!”
Enjoyed a lovely, quiet stay away from the crowds. The staff was incredibly welcoming and amazing with pets! While it doesn't have the massive infrastructure of a major hotel chain, the rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. Perfect location if you want a remote, peaceful getaway. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience!

“Great location, but space for improvement”
The hotel is nice for its price range, located right at the beach, clean room, ok bathroom size. I would suggest the following to consider, Larger and clear signage for new arrivals, the 1 front desk for 3 hotels isn't explained anywhere, and the signage is small and only visible from 1 direction. The booked KING size, turned out to be a FULL size bed. Reason given by the hotel, we did not confirm with them directly (only via Agoda?) and the room is too small a kingsize... The boiler only gives Full Hot water of Cold, I wasn't able to get it at a comfortable level. A bit pricey on the food and drinks for what is offered. For the rest it is a good stay for a few nights and the price paid.

“Everything was okay but the price.”
Agoda only showed the room price for the pet-allowed room of *** but did not show the actual room price with the cleaning fee per dog that was charged, which is HKD 200 per dog. So upon getting the room, I was informed that I had to pay an extra HKD 400 for 2 of my dogs, which I was a bit shocked by as it was nearly 40% of the room price. I was quite disappointed and frustrated as in Lamma Island, with 2 of my dogs, after walking for around 20 minutes from the pier, I had no other choice but to pay that extra $400, which I assumed should have been included in Agoda's marked price for the pet-allowed room but it turned out it wasn’t. With that total price of HKD ***, I would not recommend this hotel as this price could have much better options.

“Perfect place with dogs”
This is probably my 5th time staying here (I lost count). The staff are nice as always. And I think they even upgraded the room facility. They sell fine wings and samosa too.

“Above average”
Great location, however they requested a 500 deposit and would only return it after one month so I had to use the only cash I had. They charged for a toothbrush and there was no toothpaste. I went for a quiet weekend but there was a wedding so it was too noisy. I paid for the night but checked out that same evening due to the noise. Poor communication for a paying customer.
