Belvilla Comfort Stays Near SECC formerly Cozy Hotel

I left a message to confirm the address before coming but no reply. I called them too but no one was on the phone. It is Cozy5 Hotel. Smelly room, dirty bedsheet. Lights some didn’t work. Window couldn’t be locked firmly. Who sticks the mirror in front of the toilet? I couldn’t sleep. Have to turn on the lights all night. I don’t think it was that bad.

Disliked: Mình có nhắn tin trực tiếp qua app booking nhưng không rep. Mình gọi điện để book thêm thời gian nhận phòng sớm hơn 14h thì họ ok. Nhưng khi đến nơi thì họ bảo không còn phòng. Và sau đó mình nhận phòng thì họ dắt vô cái phòng rất tệ! Không đúng như hạng phòng mình book qua app. Sau đó mình có phàn nàn về điều hoà ko mát thì họ miễn cưỡng dắt qua phòng khác. Tóm lại mình thấy rất tệ cho chuyến đi lần này!

Good value for money, with a convenient location, a quiet alley, and plenty of amenities nearby. The hotel has spacious rooms and a 24-hour reception, which is very convenient. However, the hotel is quite old, and the furniture is visibly worn and, in some cases, broken. There is also a general lack of maintenance. Rooms are not cleaned daily by default, so insects can sometimes be seen around the room. Towels were not provided initially, but after asking, I received them without any problem. Overall, it is a budget option if you prioritise location and space, but the hotel would benefit significantly from better maintenance and more regular housekeeping.

Advert in Agoda says there is breakfast. Upon arriving, hotel says never offered bf before.

Liked: Đặt phòng 2 giường bao gồm ăn sáng. Checkin thì đưa phòng 1 giường, bẩn và đổi sang phòng khác thì điện không lên, máy lạnh lúc có lúc không. Hỏi nhân viên thì nhân viên kêu giá 2 đêm rẻ thì không có ăn sáng. Trên app vì đã được giảm giá chứ giá phòng không hề rẻ. Phòng thì bẩn từ trên trần nhà xuống tới giường. Giường có mùi hôi
