“Too bad for a hotel in the center of District 7.”
The room is old and damp, the cleanliness is extremely poor. What's worse is the staff's attitude — they were obnoxious and talked over guests with a dismissive, indifferent manner. I couldn't upload a video to show how badly they spoke to customers, but I don't understand how this hotel can keep operating.

“Severe degradation”
The air conditioner made noise all night, smelled musty, full of ants, no hot water kettle, microwave not as described. Not worth the money.

“Evaluate the accommodation.”
This is a decent place to stay. The room is comfortable and well-equipped, and the price I booked was fair. The receptionist and the housekeeping lady were also supportive.
