“Good basic hotel in a great location”
For the price cannot beat it, clean rooms. Would stay again No breakfast and hotel reception do a job, helpful.

“Great Location but Poor Experience”
The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. However, the room size was disappointing and housekeeping left much to be desired, affecting overall comfort. Staff were unhelpful, and facilities were lacking, which combined with cleanliness issues made the stay less enjoyable and not worth the price.

“Disgusting”
Experienced an unbelievably disgusting hospitality failure here. As a frequent world traveler, never ever had such a horrible experience with a hotel. Requested a taxi after check out. The manager (guy with plucked/razored eye brows), asked me where I was going. I told him. He called someone ro "to ask if he could go there". I asked whether they do not work with a taxi company on a regular basis. He told me they only work with 2 drivers. He told me the taxi driver whom he called had "another passenger already". Then, I asked him whether he knew a taxi company near the hotel or not. He said, "they would not go to there" and how it is a problem in Istanbul. So, basically, he did not try to find a taxi solution for their guest. He just sat there smoking cigarette with his buddy. Irresponsible, rude,and unprofessional.

If you are a light sleeper, you should avoid staying at this hotel. Despite the room being very small, you can hear everything – the elevator going up and down, your neighbours, and everything happening in their rooms. The location is good (we think the Asian side of Istanbul is the best area to stay in), and the staff is friendly, but that's about it. The economy room is very small, and the bathroom was not particularly clean. Overall, it's a place just to sleep (if you don't mind the noise) and spend the rest of the day outside.
