Liked: Location was great, once we got our bearings. Walkable distance into the city centre and train/bus station. Good weight room facility downstairs was a bonus.
Disliked: The shower was dreadful…needs maintenance to hold the rose up. Also we requested direction on lowering the aircon setting in our room. The girl at the desk said it was controlled by them and said she would sort. It never happened, 26deg is very hot!!

“Great place to base yourself in Verona, just not 4 star quality”
Liked: Good facilities, comfortable bed, free parking and the staff were excellent.
Disliked: Not sure it merits 4 stars as a hotel due to how outdated some of the decor is and the basic nature of the service. That being said it is a perfect place to access Verona from

“Very enjoyable stay and i would stay there again”
Liked: Room was large with a balcony BIG double Bed and Modern bathroom shower looked new, Breakfast was Super wide choice with staff always replacing food when empty. Location 10mins to Arena by bus 2 euro, or 10/12euros by taxi. Staff were helpful and always available
Disliked: Maybe a bit of soundproofing or better manners from some of the guests

Liked: The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was convenient, only about 4 minutes by bus from the main train station and around 10 minutes by bus from Verona’s historic city center. The breakfast was also very good.
Disliked: The room did not look exactly like the photos. In the pictures, the room appeared modern and colorful, but the room we received felt less modern. Also, the bed was quite noisy and made a sound with almost every movement.
