“Excellent”
The hotel is still functioning reasonably well. The parking lot is spacious, the breakfast buffet is good, there are no rooms with bathtubs, and the prices are reasonable.

“Excellent”
BEAUTIFUL HOTEL, CONVENIENT LOCATION, FRIENDLY RECEPTION STAFF, SPACIOUS ROOMS, DIVERSE BREAKFAST OPTIONS, DELICIOUS FOOD, ENTHUSIASTIC SERVICE STAFF. HOWEVER, DUE TO THE HOTEL BEING OLD, THE AMENITIES ARE A BIT DATED, AND THE BATHROOM HAS A DRAIN ODOR. I HOPE THE HOTEL CAN ADDRESS THESE ISSUES SOON.

“Staffs friendly and accommodated of check in early and check out late.”

“Wrong room allocation”
My booking is a deluxe triple, but the hotel dashboard shows superior, and there's no refund for the money either.

“Good, not great”
Liked: The room was big and comfy.
Disliked: There was no wifi in the room, we had to open the door or go down to a cafe to use internet which was really disappointing cause we wanted to watch movies using our laptop/hdmi

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: I made a mistake, and forgot that I did not pre pay for the hotel thru Booking.com. That is entirely my fault, however, how they chose to handle the situation was a complete disaster. They demanded that I wire them money, to their BIDV account, mind you it was a holiday weekend, literally impossible to do so. There is no option to pay thru a link, or on a website. Every back alley bike rental I have used here has an option to pay by link on WhatsApp. I suggested booking a non refundable room and canceling, they said no, they can't do that. Then they decided they could, great, I booked a room, canceled, money left my account. They now refuse to send a receipt of payment, or answer my messages on Booking.com. I recognize that my mistake started this, but the way they chose to handle it, and their options for handling it, left much to be desired.

“Good accommodation”
Everything is fine if you like the most bustling area in BMT, with many eateries and snack shops nearby, across from a green park and the event fair area. However, it can occasionally be a bit noisy from the event speakers or the music stage.
