Big Bird Palace

The room was terrible and looked nothing like the pictures advertised. It was very disappointing and definitely not worth the price.

The hotel price is very good value if you want a night's rest after a busy day in Bangkok. The staff and facilities are good enough; I was very impressed with the atmosphere and the trees throughout the balcony.

The place is so clean. The host respond so quickly and gives directions clearly.

far from the touristy areas but affordable, check out the nearby temples

Room The bed is approximately 5 feet wide, with 2 pillows and a thin blanket. There is a wardrobe with 1 clothes hanger inside, a dressing table, a table for placing items, and 1 small basket. There is no elevator, the bed is hard, the air conditioner is very cold and there is no remote control, it can only be turned on and off with a switch. There is a private bathroom, a small balcony with a railing on it, and there are security cameras. There is parking available and access to the dormitory is by key card. There is 1 room key. The ceiling is relatively low and the corridors inside the dormitory are somewhat narrow. Transportation There is a bus line 156, and the bus stop is about 400 meters from the accommodation. At the entrance of the dormitory alley, there are motorcycle taxis available, and calling for a ride is very quick. Check-in I waited a very long time to check in to the room. The email stated check-in was at 2 PM, but I arrived around 5 PM and still had to sit and wait for the room for over an hour. I could enter the room around 6:30 PM.
