“Perfect.”

Liked: We've stayed here twice now. Good location, parking out front, nice easy walk (obviously flat!) into Amsterdam center. Staff friendly. Overall comfortable. I like the darker tones of the room decor. Breakfast is great. We will be back at this hotel next time, and there's always a next time with Amsterdam:)

Liked: Great location in a lovely area. Nearby restaurants were superb. The trams were easy to jump on and off to the centre of Amsterdam. Loved being away from the main attractions.

Disliked: Only thing I can think of is that I couldn’t open a window.

“Not worth the expense. Stay somewhere else.”

Liked: In a nice and quiet area. Good breakfast and nice bar.

Disliked: A/C quit working on day 2. Told the desk and they didn’t much care. Room walls by the bed were filthy. Shower ceiling had some kind of foreign matter or dried liquid on it. Check in and out difficult. Was over charged for an entire night and to have it removed (which I’m still not sure about) was very time consuming and nobody knew how to do anything. NO MGR OR SNYONE ON CHARGE per the desk clerk.
