Friendly staff, very helpful; the rooms are bright and clean. It's a pretty short walk to Back Beach, and there are shops and convenience stores nearby, so it's quite convenient. The bathroom sink drains a bit slowly, but overall it's fine for the price.
I really liked it — the room was bright and quiet, a 5-minute walk to the beach. Lê Tân and Tuần Anh provided very enthusiastic service. Next time, I will return to Bin Hotel Thùy Vân!
Room fits the price and is within walking distance to the beach. The room was very sandy — sand on the floor, on the bed, even in the bathroom. The water wasn’t hot so you have to shower with cold water; the air conditioner set to 16°C felt hotter than an oven. Service staff were okay. The toilet drain smelled very bad, and the bathroom door opens to the outside so the noise from nearby bars and traffic was loud — no soundproofing. It’s a new hotel, so I hope they fix these issues; I’ll support them next time.
