Disliked: Overpriced for what u get. Service was bad and breakfast wasn’t good either. Regret staying here and wasting my money

Liked: Very nice, modern family-run hotel. However, it felt understaffed even during low season, which sometimes made it difficult to get quick assistance.

Disliked: The hotel is new, very nice and clean, with an amazing view from the cliff.

Liked: The parking was enough

Disliked: Even though we went at 7PM, we waited like 20-30 min to start with the check-in. Out of 3 towels, 2 of them were dirty. The bathroom was full of hair on the floor. Paying 270€ per night, i expected more

We recently had a lovely stay at **Black Diamond Hotel in Dhërmi**, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was so friendly, approachable and helpful. The cleaning staff were absolutely fantastic too — always busy keeping everything spotless, and always greeting us with a lovely smile. Our room was perfect, with a beautiful **sea view overlooking the pool**, and the pool itself was a huge hit with the kids. It was immaculate and even had an **in-built jacuzzi**, which was a lovely bonus! The restaurant catered brilliantly for both adults and children. The food was beautifully presented and tasted **10/10**. Breakfast was just as good, with lots of choice, and every member of the restaurant team was friendly and welcoming. The buggy drivers taking us to the beach were also great — another friendly and helpful service that made everything so much easier. Overall, **Black Diamond Hotel was fantastic**. The staff, food, room, pool and overall service made our stay really enjoyable. We would definitely return and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Dhërmi!

Liked: The view was beautiful.

Disliked: Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. The first issue was the lack of air conditioning in the common areas, despite the temperature reaching around 35°C. This made the shared spaces extremely uncomfortable and difficult to enjoy. The breakfast was also very poor. There was no cold water included unless you paid extra, even though breakfast itself was included in the price of the stay. The only coffee included was filtered coffee, meaning that if you wanted anything else to drink, you had to pay extra. Overall, it felt like even the most basic breakfast necessities came with additional charges. Transportation to the beach was included, but this was a complete failure. There were only three buggies available, which was far too few for the number of guests staying at the hotel. As a result, guests had to wait a very long time to get to the beach. To make matters worse, there was often no staff available to drive the buggies, meaning that in practice, only one buggy was operating. It would go back and forth, taking around 30 minutes per group of guests. This made the included beach transportation almost useless. The beach itself was also disappointing. The sunbeds were extremely dirty and uncomfortable, and the staff were rude, which made the experience even worse. Another serious concern was the way the pool was maintained. Chlorine appeared to be added without any clear indication of the amount being used, creating an extremely strong and acidic smell. On one occasion, when we tried to enter the pool, we were told that chlorine had just been added and that we should wash our bodies because it could burn our skin. However, the following morning, everyone was swimming in the same water. This was not only uncomfortable but also raised serious concerns about the safety and proper maintenance of the pool. The room was also missing basic necessities, especially considering it was booked for four people.

Liked: I loved almost everything

Disliked: The loud music, not being non smoking in the breakfast and some thing in the breakfast that you could improve.

Liked: What I liked the most was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly, respectful, and highly professional. They provided outstanding customer service, were always willing to help, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We also really appreciated the hotel’s shuttle service, which conveniently transported guests between the hotel and the beach. In addition, the hotel’s private beach, including the sun loungers, was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The service at the beach was fantastic, making the overall experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.

Disliked: Honestly, I didn’t have any negative experiences during my stay. Everything was well organized, and I have nothing to point out in this regard.
