Blue Mansion Hotel

Liked: Location as we needed to stay in the area for a party. Free parking. Good breakfast. Rooms were quiet even if the planes were flying over.

Disliked: The strong smell of mothballs in the hallway of the first floor. The smell of ppl smoking weed outside. Two employees, a manager and a kitchen worker, having a debate about the kitchen workers performance out in the open.

Liked: Free parking

Disliked: Small room with broken fixtures. No space between bed and desk to sit properly. Beds too soft.

Liked: Excellent very helpful Staff I had a flight issue and at last minute had to.book an extra night and the Manager was so helpful to assist me in solving my extra night booking.Lovely friendly staff hospitality, very clean.comfotable will definately stay here again, Thank you very much at Blue Mansion Hotel Highly recommended.

Liked: Location great & good hotel clean & comfy bed but v soft if u like hard bed not so good but ok hotel

Disliked: Nothing really just could do with a courtesy mini bus

Liked: Clean, good facility, nice room, great and helpful staff among others. Ms Aisha was specially outstanding. She was very kind and generous with her time and support. Great staff makes the place great.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Breakfast was simple (simpler than usually), but was appropriate, as it was included into the price. The room was visibly clean in general, but I have felt some weird scent in the room, might be some temporary issue.

Disliked: The shower gel bottle was empty - the staff probably does not check them sufficiently regularly. There is also no landline/intercom (which I missed), so I had to walk down to reception to ask a new bottle, and then I got one. Not an apology, though. Parking space is limited, I haven't seen option to reserve, but eventually I have found on the side of a back alley behind the hotel.
