“Quiet and comfortable base for a Prague city break”

Liked: Located in a quiet street but close to shopping areas, restaurants and main sights. Property looks new, modern and clean. Room was refreshed daily. Service, from the reception, breakfast and bar, was really good. Highly recommended and will stay in this property again.

Disliked: Suggest considering variety in the breakfast menu.

Liked: A wonderful hotel in every way. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. We especially appreciated that after check-out, we were allowed to remain at the hotel and continue enjoying all of its facilities without any restrictions. This was a very thoughtful gesture and made our final day even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is elegant, luxurious, and perfectly located in a very central area. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and high-quality food. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again. Highly recommended!

Liked: Staff, location, comfortable beds and pillows

Disliked: Someone hacked their booking system and took my card information, the bank cancelled it anyway and I couldn’t use the card for the rest of my trip Also who hacked their system took all my information including my phone number and didn’t stop sending me links from different numbers on WhatsApp asking for other card information pretending they’re the hotel
