“Slow response”

There was no notice that the pool was under maintenance, the owner was slow to respond, and Agoda stated a beach/water view but in reality we were given a city view; if you want a beach view you have to pay extra. There were electrical issues, and the deposit was only returned after repeatedly asking and then waiting more than 24 hours.

a nice apartment with complete facilities, comfortable and highly recommended. However, at check-in the phone number listed here was different so we had to contact the other number and the check-in was a bit slow. Also my friend was treated badly by one of the security guards around Borneo Bay City because they parked at the curb without blocking the main road. The deposit refund process takes up to 1x24 hours; if the bank account number is written incorrectly you can send it via WhatsApp, but if the process is slow there is no information about the procedure. Please improve the service going forward and, if possible, provide faster responses — my friend had to wait a long time for the deposit refund. Thank you. 🙏🏻

“The deposit money is non-refundable.”

It has been two days since I checked out, and my security deposit still hasn't been returned to me. There has been no response at all from the property.

“Facilities and comfort are excellent.”

The parking fee is expensive, 45 thousand for one day, the others are safe.

“Acceptable”

I truly regret staying here for 2 days — the water heater was broken, there were no chairs or table, the host didn't respond, and I had to chase the deposit refund several times. Truly ridiculous.
