“Don't go there”
I was here for 2 nights, but only stayed one. It's not clean, things are broken. We didn't want to stay there another night.

“HORRENDOUS”
Disliked: ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. This place is a public health hazard and should be shut down immediately. The room was heavily infested with BED BUGS. I found live bugs crawling on the bed, dark blood stains on the sheets, and nests hidden in the mattress seams.The management is fully aware of this severe problem but continues to rent out these infected rooms to unsuspecting tourists, hiding a dangerous infestation that has clearly been neglected for years. To make matters worse, they refused to take immediate action or offer any real support.I had to move all my belongings in the bathroom at 2 AM and flee the property to protect my health and prevent bringing these parasites home.If you value your health, your money, and your sanity, RUN AWAY. Do not sleep here under any circumstances, unless you want to end up covered in painful bites and ruin all your luggage!

“Exceptional”
Liked: The room decor, the Android TV, and the bed which was incredibly comfortable! I haven't slept that well in a long time!
Disliked: There was a bit of a smell when you walked into the room, Paper cups instead of glasses. No shower door, there probably used to be one, but it's missing. The room is missing a small fridge.

Liked: very clean and a lovely room and easy to find
Disliked: had difficulty getting in multiple times after being sent different codes that didn’t work while trying to check in late at night. also really desperately need to sort out the lock boxes provided for luggage storage- box has extremely rusty lock which is very difficult to use but most importantly it doesn’t even lock the box. box is broken so can only lock lid which obviously still leaves the whole box open, would be an easy fix which would leave customers feeling more secure leaving personal luggage there

“Very good hotel for the place I”
Liked: I don't like big tourist cities.That's why I chose Boutique Hotel de Jade in Zaandam for four nights.I am very happy with it's location. 15 min by train from Amsterdam Central...The room and bathroom were cozy and clean.There is a fan and heating for the quickly changing the humid weather in the Netherlands.I recommend this hotel is a very good for the place.I will use it again.

Liked: Roomy, but still cosy. Old details of the building very nicely restored.
Disliked: Because of the wooden (old) construction also noisy, you can hear the upper tenants. Or the restaurant/pub below
