Liked: The staff, they were very kind and supportive even though most of them could not speak much English. We had to leave early before breakfast started but the staff was kind enough to prepare for us and it was super delicious 😋

Disliked: The walk uphill, especially if you have heavy luggages. But it was not the hotel's fault.

Liked: The John Lennon suite and balcony were beautiful with phenomenal views of the old town. The room was well stocked with extra blankets, robes/slippers, and nice coffee. The breakfast was outstanding!

Disliked: The tub/“shower” was difficult to use with the low angled ceiling, especially for my tall husband. It was surprising for a “5 ⭐️” property to not have anyone at the front desk after 6pm and during the weekend. We were given a WhatsApp number to message with any questions, which we did. Unfortunately, nobody answered. Lots of stairs.

Liked: The design, the bed, the quality of sheets and towels - everything is first class. Breakfast was also great. The gardens and the quiet surroundings are very relaxing

Disliked: There was no one at the desk. We requested a taxi to pick us up but no reply. Walking from bus station or town was difficult. One caveat - not enough lighting in the bathroom

Liked: This was our last night in the Czech Republic, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the most beautiful stays of our entire trip. 🤍 The hotel is elegant, exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was well organized, and we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were also very happy that the rooms had air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. But what truly impressed us the most was the breakfast! I can genuinely say that it was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had in my life, whether in my home country or anywhere else I have traveled. The variety, quality, taste, presentation, and cleanliness were absolutely outstanding. For me, this is easily the No. 1 hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. 👏🏻 The cleanliness also deserves special recognition — everything was spotless and extremely well maintained. We only stayed for one night, and I truly wish we had booked a longer stay. It was the perfect ending to our trip to the Czech Republic. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Český Krumlov, and I highly recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Disliked: The only thing the hotel does not have is an elevator, but honestly, this did not negatively affect our experience at all. The many positive aspects of the hotel completely outweighed it, and we barely even noticed it. Besides, this is quite normal and common in many European hotels and older buildings.

Liked: The sheets were so crisp and clean. The towels were soft. The location was very close to the town square

Liked: Great presentation, always fresh. Staff engaging and extremely friendly and helpful!

Disliked: AC was good but hard to work the remote. Shower floor was a bit slippery. There isn't much else to be better

Liked: The room was very comfortable and spacious. Good bed with 2 comforters. Friendly staff. Generous breakfast buffet plus included hot dishes made to order.

Disliked: A little far and uphill walks from the town center. Sometimes there was no one at the front desk to help. Not easy to contact someone.

Liked: Location was amazing stuff was great. We had issue with our air condition was not working.
