I booked a one-night stay at this hotel as a temporary option. For the price, I didn’t expect much — just a clean place to sleep. However, as soon as I entered the room, I noticed unpleasant smells of food and dampness. The bedsheets, blankets, pillows, and mattress were dirty, which made me feel itchy throughout the night. The biggest advantage of this hotel is probably the spacious bathroom. The hotel really needs to improve its cleanliness and address the unpleasant odors in the rooms.

My family consists of 2 adults and 1 child staying for the 2/9 holiday. The receptionist was very helpful during check-in. The room I booked is a Standard double, so it's quite small but clean. The room has a bathtub and a showerhead, but no standing shower, which is a bit inconvenient. This room has a window, but the view is of the stairwell of the emergency exit. The hotel does not serve breakfast. The location is close to the beach, and there are restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets around. The hotel's pool does not look like the images on the website; it resembles more of a mini pool intended for individual families. The soundproofing in the room is poor; next door is a bar that plays music at full volume until 11 PM. Every 30 minutes, there is a loud noise from a pump; I don't know if it's just my room that's affected or if nearby rooms can hear it too 😂. Right outside the hotel, there is a Pho restaurant called Bat Da, which obscures the entrance gate of the hotel. This hotel is rated as 4 stars on the website, but I personally find it not suitable for a 4-star standard.

The hotel smells strongly of pho. The lobby only has two chairs, which are very old and dirty. The lobby floor is dirty. From the moment you step in you get the impression it’s not clean. There’s only one elevator and the corners inside it are full of dust and long-standing stains. The room is old, dark, and nothing like the photos; the hotel’s exterior also looks different from the pictures on the website. When you open the room door you can smell food, the smell of pho, and on the first day there was even a sewage smell. Next door is a drinking spot that plays dance music until midnight. The reception staff are not helpful; when guests ask something their first reaction is to show irritation. At 2 p.m. while napping the fire alarm went off; when we went down to ask the receptionist they nonchalantly said it was a test. There’s no landline in the room, so you have to take the elevator down to the front desk for anything. Other than the location near the beach, every aspect of the experience was poor.

The standard room was quite spacious and comfortable enough for 2 pax. However, cleanliness could definitely be improved. We stayed for a few days and unfortunately encountered cockroaches during our stay. The toilet also looked quite old and could use some renovation or better maintenance. Please also expect some noise around 9 PM–12 AM, as the hotel is located near nightclubs. Music and people shouting could be heard clearly from our room (we stayed on Level 4). For families with babies or young children, I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel due to the noise. That said, considering the price, if you’re mainly looking for a place to sleep and get ready, it’s still okay and quite reasonable for the price. One suggestion: there was no iron provided in the room.I did ask but no iron. Not sure if there’s an additional charge, but it would be helpful if the hotel could provide one or make it available upon request. thankyou

The reception was nice, but the exterior of the hotel was shabby, there was no security to watch the vehicles, no bellmen to help, this hotel is more like 2 stars than 4.
