Liked: Good location for the airport. It was clean and staff were pleasant.

Disliked: The hotel needs renovation, rooms and bathrooms are tired and need bringing up to date, the hotel in general needs a revamp.

Liked: The staff are friendly and approachable they always are on hand if needed.

Liked: Simple rooms. Ideal for stay before flight from Gatwick.

Disliked: The toilet wasn’t overly clean. Stains behind the seat when lid was put down.

Overall it done the job. Hotel was a bit dated and could do with a bit of an uplift. Food was good, staff were friendly, price was fair.

Disliked: Rooms too small. No soap to wash with in shower. Staff not welcoming

Liked: Cheap easy stop for gatwick flight with parking available

Disliked: Cost of taxi to the airport has increased quite significantly which is worth checking

Liked: What a lovely hotel, loved the staff, the room, the breakfast, we have found the perfect hotel for us while visiting family Thank you so much

Disliked: Booked for family room without Bunk Bed but given is with Bunk Bed with Shouting lady staff.
