“I'll have to do it again to experience a smoother intake, but I love(d) the property and location.”
Liked: I did not have breakfast at the hotel, but the location was close to many eateries, which I enjoyed with a short walk.
Disliked: It was likely 'operator error' as I was exhausted from traveling, but the code gave me some issues at first. I ended up waiting an extra hour right outside the hotel, on the street (it was during the heat warning in Long Beach... very HOT), and troubleshooting with customer service before entering the property much later than I would have liked. I didn't get the rest I was hoping for. But once I discovered the code protocol, I was able to enter at will. I would have appreciated a late check-out, an hour or two free of charge;)

“Value, this is worth it. Charming old building. Simple but has everything you need.”
Liked: Great location, value, nice to have a kitchen and full setup. You can tell it’s older but everything is clean, efficient set up. Would stay again!
Disliked: You can hear the hallway noise and rooms around sometimes, but that didn’t bother me, it was quiet during quiet hours.

“It could be a super nice place to stay but some easy improvements are really needed”
Liked: I love the historical building and the location. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated but …
Disliked: Harassing messaging for check in and check out. Rooms are spacious but there is nothing to hang or store clothes, not even hangers, not even hooks for towels in the bathroom! And it is very annoying, especially if the stay is longer than one night …
