Brown Dot Hotel Seryu Station

This is the accommodation I booked while traveling to Suwon. It was clean, possibly because it has been remodeled. The hygiene was good, and the bedding was comfortable. Above all, the owner was very kind. 👍 I'm leaving without worries after having a great rest thanks to their thoughtfulness.

I stayed here for one night during Chuseok. At around 1 a.m., several people repeatedly kicked and banged on our door and tried to force it open. It was extremely frightening, especially because we had already noticed that the room door lock did not seem to work properly. When I called the front desk, I was initially told to contact the police myself. The staff member did come upstairs before the police arrived and dealt with the situation, which was the basic response I would expect in such a case. What was disappointing was the follow-up afterward. The next morning, the hotel did not proactively explain what had happened or offer any apology. I had to ask the front desk myself, and only then was I told that they were Nepalese workers from nearby factories who had been drinking and had apparently mistaken the room number. The immediate situation was handled, but the lack of explanation, apology, and follow-up afterward left a poor impression, especially after such a frightening incident. Unfortunately, this was a very unsettling experience.

Equipped with the latest electronic devices, featuring state-of-the-art facilities and clean rooms... highly recommended for the price.

새로오픈해서 냄새는 아직 덜 빠졌지만 깨끗하고 좋아요

일단 친절한 사장님... 깨끗한 객실... 하지만 욕실의 청소 상태(배수구를 막고 있는 털로 인한 바닥 물고임 및 구석구석 꼬불꼬불한 털)가 조금 아쉽네요

오픈한지 얼마 안돼서 깨끗하고 좋았어요!
