Byotell Istanbul

The hotel is tired and worn.

The location is fantastic for exploring nearby shops and walking around, while the spacious rooms and attentive housekeeping made for a comfortable and restful stay. Facilities were well-maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Cleanliness was impeccable, adding to the overall positive experience and great value for money.

Liked: Place is good

Disliked: 1. There were all electric plug was off, asked to 3 times to fix it 2. Shower gel was empty, asked to replace but not done Generally governance is very poor for 5 star hotel

Disliked: This is not a 5 star hotel. I would give it 2-3 stars only. The staff are rude. Asking for a pillow its like you asking for real gold. They treat you like you are going to rob them whenever you ask for something. Nobody treats you like a guest. I dont recommend this hotel for the value of money I paid.

Liked: good hotel

Liked: Its location and breakfast was good. The hotel was clean and staff were helpful.

Disliked: They gave a smoking room even though we specifically wanted non-smoking room because my brother has asthma. However, they did put us into a non-smoking room once we complained.

Liked: Going to gym and spa

Disliked: The breakfast

I didn't like the staff's attitude. The receptionists act like they're going to beat you up. The best part was breakfast. You absolutely have to try the breakfast.
