BZN Airport Hotel

Liked: Perfect for a quick stay during a long layover! The staff was so friendly and reached out to me on WhatsApp after booking to help me with my airport pick up. They provided detailed instructions including a video on how to find the airport pick up. The pick up was very easy and the van they sent was super nice! They offered pick up and return for a very good price- on point with cabs but much easier and a much nicer car and driver. The included Turkish breakfast and coffee hit the spot the next morning. They were even able to help convert a small amount of USD to Lira for me. I got in passed midnight and they even had food available for purchase off a menu which hit the spot after a long flight. The hospitality offered by the staff was amazing, I would book again and highly recommend this stay.

Liked: Wonderful stay! We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spotless and very welcoming. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, professional, and always ready to help. They made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The level of service was outstanding. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm and relaxing, and you can tell that a lot of attention is given to every detail. We felt very comfortable throughout our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with exceptional service and wonderful staff. You can hear sound of airplane

It takes about 20 minutes by public bus from the airport (you can board the bus from system H-6 on the underground second floor of the airport). Get off at the Çardaktepe bus stop and it's about a 5-minute walk. There is a local supermarket next to the hotel, which is convenient. You can have a good view of landing planes. The room does not have amenities, a kettle, or a refrigerator, but it is clean. The shower was a bit warm for me. The cheese at breakfast was tastier and suited my palate better than what I had eaten elsewhere.

Disliked: It’s so far i don’t like the vibe of hotel

Liked: staff was warm and pleasant, room was comfortable, water/electricity/wifi all worked. good value for room if not using their transportation or meal services.

Disliked: taxi to and from airport is around 45 euro total plus tip, not included in hotel price. dinner offered by hotel was 80 euro for 2 plates of kabob and breads, which almost more than the hotel price for 3 beds 1 night. hotel location far from attractions or nightlife, mostly just restaurants, small markets, and construction.

Disliked: Deluxe room was listed 3 twin beds and 1 queen bad, but it was 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed. So, they force us to pay another room and threatens to cancel whole bookings which would have so hard for all of us. That's why we decided to stay and pay more. Also, they did not give full receipt of whole stay and ignoring their WhatsApp messages.
