“Elevators”
I loved everything about the Cambria and would definitely stay again. Only thing is the Elevators. They have 3 and only 1 was working. That's unacceptable for a big hotel. The Elevators took forever and when they did come it was always a line people waiting..Took us almost 20.mins. to get the Elevators downstairs..we were late for our dinner reservations..I can not do stairs due to a handicap... that would be the only thing that they need to improve.

“4 night stay”
Our accomodations were great and really helped to set the mood for our 1st Philly visit. Location is perfect and convenient for walking, taking the rail, or catching an Uber. Rooms were really nice and clean. Staff was very kind and attentive. Will definitely stay again

“Cambria hotel Philadelphia”
Very nice hotel in a great location to explore Philadelphia. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

“Spacious room, soft bed, nice view”
Got corner room. Great working space partitioned from bed. I would stay here again. Modern.

“Clean & Central Location”
Liked: I liked the location very easy to get around.
Disliked: I didn't like that several elevators were out of order. Also not soap was in the soap dispenser in the shower.

“Acceptable”
Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect.
Disliked: 2 of the 3 elevators were down during a very busy weekend, including a wedding. Many, including the some of the wedding party, were late because they couldn't get on the elevator. There was also only one person at check-in, when the line was all the way down the stairs.

“Anything you needed the staff really did their best. I loved everything about the room.”
Liked: I loved the bed, the room design and the location. The hosts and staff were so nice, they made my experience the better.
Disliked: There’s 3 elevators but currently only 1 is in service. With the building having around 16 floors and a rooftop restaurant you can imagine how difficult it becomes to catch the elevator in peak hours.

“Wouldn’t stay here again.”
Disliked: Trash cans blocking fire doors! Yikes. On top of that there was no body wash or hand soap in our room. When we asked for some the front desk said, “do you need it tonight?” My brother in Christ, what a funny way to tell me you don’t wash your hands after using the bathroom. Additionally, only one elevator was working so it took foreverrr to get one.
