Campanile PRIME - Nice Airport

Liked: The Hotel is well located just off the Promenade des Anglais with easy road access but perhaps more importantly close to public transport with frequent trains along the coast (eg to Cannes or Monte Carlo)

Disliked: Campanile promote that kettles are provided in the rooms. Unfortunately they do no supplement this by making replacement drinks sachets readily available. Car parking was also perhaps a bit pricey at €19 per nighr.

This is nice business type hotel that you can walk across the road (which we did) and enter the airport Terminal 1 in less than 10 minutes. There are several restaurants directly behind the hotel and the train and metro are about 2 blocks away. It is very convenient. Pricing was good before taking into account the convenience factor. With the convenience it was a tremendous value. You would be hard pressed to find a more convenient location at the price for an early flight.

Liked: Perfect, easy checking, impeccable room, comfortable bed

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The location is 10/10 if you're traveling to/from Nice airport! We actually arrived by train from Italy and it was just a short walk to this hotel from the train station. And then, for our flight back to the US, we literally just walked across the street from the hotel to Terminal 1. The buffet breakfast was really nice, the staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and quiet. Although we didn't make use of the hotel's restaurant and lounge, we like that those options were available.

Liked: Very comfortable, quiet, excellent buffet

Disliked: Even though I had until 12 to check out the cleaners barged into my room before... no communication?

Liked: Simple

Disliked: Suggest you explain how to get there using tram. The airport people don’t speak English and want to over charge for tram which is free going to terminal 1. Confusing as we walked 30 minutes with luggage in heat

Liked: Good location from Terminal 1.

Disliked: No internet at all for the duration of our stay!!! Evening staff didn't admit there was a problem and offered truly inaccurate reasons. That staff member suggested we go next door to the Novotel and use their lobby computer if we needed one. Hall had a musty odor. Room odor was stronger - strong cleaning solution. Very undesirable. Despite the good location, we would not choose this place again.
