Disliked: It was cheap, pathetic, poor property. I lost my luggage in this hostel & despite replying me or assisting me they blocked my WhatsApp number. When i tried to reah from second nhmber, they blocked it too.

This was one of the WORST accommodation experiences I have ever had. The pictures displayed on Agoda are completely misleading compared with the actual condition of this place. What you see online and what you get in reality are two completely different things. I deeply regret wasting my money on this hostel. **1. DISGUSTING ROOM AND TOILET CONDITIONS** The room stinks, and the toilet conditions are absolutely unacceptable. There is no proper toilet seat, urine is left on the floor, and the toilet is so cramped that you can barely enter comfortably. The hygiene standards are disgraceful. Basic cleanliness is the bare minimum expected from any paid accommodation, yet this place failed miserably. **2. MORE LIKE A WORKERS' DORMITORY THAN A TOURIST HOSTEL** This place is advertised as a hostel for travellers, but the actual environment felt more like a workers' dormitory. Workers on long stays share the mixed accommodation with tourists, making the overall experience extremely uncomfortable. As a tourist, I expected a proper hostel where I could relax and feel comfortable, not an environment that made me regret my booking. **3. LOCKER FACILITIES ARE A COMPLETE JOKE!** There are lockers, but almost all of them were occupied by long-stay workers. Even worse, no padlocks were provided, and we were told to buy our own. The staff said other people do the same because local workers stay there long-term. As a solo traveller, I did not bring a padlock because I expected basic security facilities at a hostel. I ended up buying a new padlock myself, only to discover that the storage locker I wanted to use was broken! Imagine paying for accommodation and then spending extra money just to try to secure your belongings, without even getting a proper, usable locker in return. What is the point of having lockers if they are occupied, broken, or unusable? This is completely unacceptable. **4. SERIOUS CONCERNS ABOUT SECURITY** I also could not find any CCTV cameras in the dorm room, which made me even more concerned about security. In shared dormitory accommodation, guests naturally want reassurance that reasonable security measures are in place. With lockers already occupied or broken and no padlocks provided, the overall situation left me feeling uncomfortable about the safety of my belongings. For solo travellers especially, security should not be treated as an afterthought. Guests deserve to know what security arrangements are actually available before booking. **5. THE ONLY GOOD THING IS THE LOCATION** The location is the ONLY positive thing I can say about this place. Everything else was a massive disappointment: cleanliness, toilet hygiene, room conditions, locker facilities, security, and overall comfort. Do not let the location or attractive Agoda pictures fool you into thinking this is a decent place to stay. A good location cannot compensate for disgusting toilets, unpleasant smells, broken storage, and an uncomfortable environment. **MY FINAL VERDICT: 0/10 FOR THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE.** I would NEVER stay here again, and I would NOT recommend this place to tourists, couples, or solo travellers looking for a comfortable holiday. I honestly regret choosing this accommodation. **SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR HOLIDAY! LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOSTEL!** Read the reviews carefully and do not rely on the pictures alone. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not wish this kind of accommodation experience on another traveller.
