“Checked out early”

A hassle to get to the floor the hotel is on given the long queue for the elevator in the building. Had to wait for a good 10+ minutes during rush hours. Tiny room, and even tinier bathroom that had a leaky hot water tank above the toilet and no doorknob on the bathroom door. Hard bed and loud AC. No soundproofing, so can hear people in the neighbouring rooms, out in the hallway and outside.

“Great 2-Night Stay”

We recently spent two nights at Canada Inn and had a fantastic stay. Even though we arrived very late at 2:00 AM—well past the usual 10:00 PM front desk hours when regular staff are on-site—the experience was completely stress-free. Before our arrival, I reached out to request a late check-in. The staff was extremely responsive and clear with their instructions, making sure everything was set up so we could get into our room without any worries at that hour. It is clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. Even without physical staff present at 2:00 AM, they made the process smooth, seamless, and completely hassle-free. The room was just right for a simple place to sleep, and the location is also perfect for late-night "pasalubong" shopping. I would gladly stay here again and recommend Canada Inn to travelers.

“Tiny”

The room was very small, in the details it says 11 sq. meters but the actual is only 4-5 sq.m. You can’t even take a shower properly with the toilet. Waste of money that is why we moved on to another hotel

“Best Hotel For Stay in Hongkong”

This is one of the best hotels to stay at in Hong Kong. Whenever I visit Hong Kong, I always choose to stay here. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is excellent. The staff are very helpful and always provide great service. Highly recommended!

All I can say is worth the money, not too fancy but worth the price if you want to have a simple accommodation in HK.. great to all location in any attraction you can just use the MTR for the transportation.
