Liked: There was one staff member that went above and beyond to help. Her name was Daria. The rest of the staff were rude and argumentative.

Disliked: Everyday of our four stay something went wrong. Day one arrival,there was no sleeper sofa on the room we were given. One of my children slept in a recliner and the other on trolley bed delivered to the room after my request. The elevators (2) were out of order and we were on the 4th floor. The A/C unit worked in the main living area, but not the bedroom. Day 2: We were told to move to a room on the first floor, but to wait until it was 3pm when the room had been cleaned. At 5 pm we tried the key for the new room it did not work. We then found out this room had been given to another guest. We were then moved to another on the 4th floor. This room did include a sofa sleeper, but it came with extra guest too. At midnight another guest used their key and opened our door scaring my children. The staff told me I should be in the room and demanded I come downstairs at midnight to provide my ID and confirmation number of reservation. This staff member was extremely rude and unapologetic. Day 3: Our key no longer worked. I asked the staff member to fix it and told me repeatedly that I was not in the room I stated nor was I in their system. He stated that I had a reservation for the room they had previously given someone else, but I had checked out the previous day. I explained my reservation was for 4 days and that I had already paid for those 4 days. He wanted to argue and demanded my confirmation and reservation numbers. After I showed him, he did not apologize and told me not lose the key. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had and my children may never forget it.

Liked: The staff was friendly. Beds were comfy. But that’s it!!!

Disliked: The 1st room they gave us we had to be moved because 1000s of Fleas were attacking us as soon as we walked in our room and it smelled like dog pee BAD! Once moved to another room there was no towels, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling, the shampoo dispensers were broken, the tub was backing up with water while taking a shower, the elevators were broken so had to take the stairs, and then another room on our same floor flooded because their kitchen had no plumbing and water from the sink went all over their room…. Also not sure what was wrong with another guys room but he was demanding a refund as soon as I was checking in due to issues with his room to. So I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Disliked: After driving over 8 hours I never got the room because they said I was not book so it left me out in the streets with all my grandchildren and no room and when I booked that room that room was over $--- for two night and I feel like I've been cheated

Im was so pleased when I walked in and was greeted with a big smile. The lady at the front desk made sure every one of my needs were met. If you are looking for quite and warmth, friendly environment. I assure you candlewood is the place for you

Disliked: The room itself looked like someone just left it and they let us in. Found a used razor in the shower 🤢. No towels when we got in. They have smart tvs that aren’t smart or just fully restricted. Couldn’t even screen mirror my phone. Pictures very deceiving
