Canopy by Hilton Austin Downtown

Liked: Nice and clean

Disliked: The air in the room was musty

Liked: Overall, this is a great hotel. The location is excellent. I really liked the clean empty glass bottle in my room that can be refilled at the filtered water dispenser down the hallway. My coworkers loved this place.

Disliked: The only negative is the entrance door. It is a small entryway, and the doors do not open automatically. It is a bit tricky to navigate with baggage.

Liked: Clean, nice decor, free wine at arrival.

Disliked: It’s hard to get around the noise at night from the bars below. I was on the top floor and couldn’t sleep because the entire building was shaking from bass being played below. It’s a shame because the hotel is nice.

Liked: Thr layout and decor

Disliked: The restaurant was too eclectic for us.

Disliked: $54 for parking!

Liked: It's an interesting contemporary boutique hotel. It's fairly close to the very center of Austin. The valet parking was convenient. The staff was very pleasant.

Disliked: The party scene at the pool below was extremely loud.

Liked: Loved the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Love the pool, food nearby and the staff was super attentive

Disliked: The only aspect that was rough was that our room was so humid you could feel it on the sheets. But I am not sure if that is the hotel’s fault or just the weather when we went in Austin!
