Liked: Location.
Disliked: The shower was not cleaned before we entered room. Hair was clearly visible on shower floor. There was an unsightly white fuzzy material used near sheer drain that we weren’t sure about. I don’t think it was fungus, but after the hair was found we really couldn’t be sure.

“Great central location, safe and clean, but overpriced with poor bathroom privacy”
Liked: The hotel is located right in the center of the city. Although Philadelphia has a major issue with homelessness and can feel unsafe, this hotel felt incredibly secure. The room was small, but spotlessly clean. Unlike most US hotels, the air conditioning here was quiet and very pleasant, which made up for the windows that couldn't open. The made-to-order breakfast had a small selection, but everything was beautifully prepared and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The valet parking was very expensive, but the valets were fantastic every single day—fast, professional, and they even took photos of the car before taking it over each time
Disliked: The hotel is simply way too expensive for what it offers. Once again, we encountered a terrible bathroom design with sliding doors that offer absolutely no privacy—you can literally see everything inside the toilet and shower. Even though we booked for 4 people, there were only 2 cups and 2 glasses provided. There was an espresso machine in the room, but the pods were never refilled, and we couldn't even find compatible ones to buy at the CVS next door.

“Walking distance to a lot of interest!”
Liked: Hotel is walking distance to the Convention Center, the Market and Center City sites.
Disliked: Attention to detail in my room. I needed a tissue and the box in my room was wet (not sure why) and had few tissues left in the box. While the front desk was friendly the staff outside the hotel (valets) were not welcoming. A greeting and smile would have been welcomed.

“Very good”
Liked: Great location, central but fairly quiet. Good shower. Decor sort of glam. Dinner was quite ok, no great food but comfortable to have the option to stay in and decent selection.
Disliked: Beds/mattresses not the best. Bad drinks from the bar. Weird the hotel kept texting. (I guess I should have declined to give my number.) Awakened on the second morning by some strange in-room alarm.

Liked: Hotel is overall beautiful and great location
Disliked: Check-in service was not good. We didn't like how the employee treated us. Also, one of the beds in my room was very worn out, so therefore, uncomfortable. As for the rest, great!!
