Cappadocia Cave Land Hotel

Liked: The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main street. The manager (Memo) was amazing. No matter what you needed, he was very happy to help and always had a smile.

Disliked: Parking was a bit challenging because of construction next door, but Memo always made sure our car was safely parked.

Liked: The room was nice and cozy.

Disliked: The bathroom was a bit tatty, the plug socket for the hairdryer did not use safe to use, the bath tub did not look or feel clean to use so we only used the shower. Also a ventilation fan was missing from the bathroom which would have been good to have. The breakfast included was not very nice, the fruit looked like it was old and the biscuits served were stale and the jams looked like they had been reused.

Liked: very attentive host. excellent breakfast.

Disliked: variety in breakfast.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Cappadocia Cave Land! The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Tea and coffee were provided and replenished whenever requested. The stay also included a traditional Turkish breakfast with a variety of cheeses, olives, cold cuts, eggs, coffee, milk and juices. We stayed for three nights, and the staff checked with us daily to see if we wanted our towels changed or our room cleaned, which we really appreciated. The rooftop was also lovely and a great place to relax! However, what truly made our experience special was Mehmet, the receptionist. He was an absolute delight! He always made sure we were comfortable and asked if we needed anything. He was very helpful with arranging tours, including hot air balloon rides and quad bike tours. Even after check-out, Mehmet kindly allowed us to continue using the hotel's facilities until our overnight bus departure. He also helped us arrange tours in other parts of Türkiye, thanks to his contacts with local tour companies. His kindness, attentiveness and willingness to help went above and beyond our expectations. We are very grateful for his hospitality and would definitely recommend Cappadocia Cave Land to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

Disliked: The only things we felt were missing were a lounge area and a Smart TV. Since there isn't a great deal to do in Cappadocia outside of tours and activities, having a comfortable common lounge area and a Smart TV with access to international streaming services would have been a nice addition, especially for relaxing in the evenings and watching something other than Turkish television.

The staff were friendly, the place is pretty, and the breakfast was tasty! I recommend it, hehe. Especially—if you stay here, be sure to visit the croissant shop right in front of the property… they’re so, so kind ㅠㅠㅜㅠㅜ

Liked: Everything was excellent. Mehmet met us with smile, helped with parking and luggage. He recommended us a restaurant with local cuisine and hamam. Also Mehmet helped us with reservation hot balloon tour. He’s easygoing, and it was a pleasure to have small talk with him on terrace. View from terrace is wonderful, spent some time there with a cup of tea or coffee. Lovely place!
