“Family places”

Overall, our stay was good, although we experienced a few issues with our room from the very first day. Around 1 a.m., there were loud and inappropriate noises coming from the room next door, definitely not something you want to hear in a family-friendly environment. The carpet in our room also had a very unpleasant smell, and on two separate days, housekeeping did not come to clean our room. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly, the location was excellent, and the pool and beach areas were wonderful. Despite these inconveniences, I would still recommend the hotel, especially for its beautiful facilities and great location.
