“No chance to be back”

Liked: Gym and pool

Disliked: Staff is awful, hotel is old, we got cockroaches in the bathroom more than once and the bathroom smell was terrible

“Need to improve the vibes in hotel spaces, can add an outdoor game”

Liked: Nice, I would like to have more vacation vibes like music in the pull, no one cleaned our room for all 5 days

Disliked: The air conditioner stopped every few minutes which made us sweat during sleeping

“Space and good value for money”

Liked: The gym area is quite good, and the beach area is equally pleasant, offering a relaxing atmosphere. However, the hotel overall seems to be in need of renovation to match the quality of its amenities. One standout feature is the speakeasy gourmet restaurant, which truly deserves more recognition for its exceptional offerings.

Disliked: Location is not the best.

“Exceptional”

Liked: Everything. The accommodations were fabulous. All the staff went above and beyond. We will be staying there again when we come back to Miami.

Disliked: Food portions could be slightly more generous. Otherwise was very good!

“Would go back to the resort for a "spa day", if available, but would probably not stay there again.”

Liked: The location is perfect. We went out to dinner and found many options within 15 minutes or so from the resort. Love the air purifiers as well as the hydrogen water station!

Disliked: Resort is outdated. My daughter had a massage and the masseuse's phone, which was on vibrate, kept vibrating with text messages throughout. Eventually, he was getting a call; this shut off the music (played through his phone) and really disrupted the whole experience. She had 20 minutes without music. Not at all professional.
