“Heavenly”
Liked: The location was excellent. It was centrally located and easy to walk to the old town and the square of Bellecour wher one could take the Lyon City Bus to see the sights. Even though it was around some pedestrian walk ways the hotel was very quiet and I felt safe walking around by myself. I loved the historic wrought iron glass elevator. The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel was very lovely, clean, historic and just a beautiful place. I enjoyed my stay there very much. If I ever return back the beautiful city of Lyon I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
Disliked: I really can’t think of everything negative. But if I had to remark of anything that might have been negative I would have to say the service in the bar was slow. The lady who was there was very cordial but she was by herself and it seemed she needed help at times.

“All in all, this hotel was very pleasant and we would stay here again.”
Liked: Beautiful decor, great breakfast offering, pleasant staff.
Disliked: Our room did not have air conditioning and was quite hot sleeping at night. Also although the bed was comfortable, the bedding was not, it was very poorly made and slipped out from beneath

“Excellent hotel with Old World charm with very comfortable beds and helpful staff.0”
Liked: Cozy room was small but well appointed. We loved the balcony. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with nice amenities. Excellent location. We would recommend this hotel.

“Great Hotel, Great City.”
Liked: Great Location. Very helpful staff. Wonderful Breakfast.
Disliked: They always ran out of baguettes (except the small ones) and scrambled eggs.

“Near perfect… would stay again!”
Liked: From the moment we arrived the staff were brilliant! We had a wonderful superior room and the location was sensational!
Disliked: The only thing was probably that all the smokers sit at the front door as you enter and exit.
