Liked: The facilities were excellent, location was great and staff were always available to help.

Disliked: I had no issue with the hotel.

Liked: the staff is really helpful and is trying to solve any issues. I got a room without windows and complained that it wasn't mentioned during booking. They checked if rooms with a window are available and transferred me right away.

Disliked: watch out for rooms without windows. it's not mentioned during booking process. fortunately they moved me to the room with a window. the breakfast is not a buffet - you only get a plate of fruits and eggs or pancakes!

Liked: It felt like a luxury experience all around. The price seems more than fair for what we got. Huge room and bathroom, nice rooftop pool we got to ourselves most of the time, good room service for normal prices. High end design, aroma therapy for the room… Perfect location for walking around the city.

Disliked: Could hear some noise from outside because the hallway is open, so it’s not really protected beyond the door of the room. Many of the staff didn’t seem to speak English (other than the front desk) which didn’t bother us because I speak Spanish, but perhaps worth pointing out for other travelers.

Liked: Good location and great atmosphere inside the room.

Liked: Location vibe and people
