“Overall the place was fine. Definitely out dated but had a fair amount of space. Good location but the bed was so uncomf”

Liked: Good location, fair size room

Disliked: Bed was very very uncomfortable and overhead light did not work. Handle to enter hallway to rooms fell off every time we used it.

“Exceptional”

Liked: Salvatore, the owner, was exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. When we had an unexpected situation that required an additional night, he handled everything with flexibility and kindness — going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Sorrento with easy access to everything. A truly pleasant stay."

“Very good”

Liked: We arrived into Sorrento about 3 hours prior to check-in time. We reached out to the host who immediately responded and allowed us early entry. We really appreciated this kind gesture after a very long international flight.

Disliked: I was visiting with my adult son. We did not always have the same schedule. Despite a request for 2 sets of keys we were only provided with one set of keys which made it difficult for us with different schedules. Once the room was locked you could not leave the room without a key. This presented a safety issue for me.

“Very good”

Liked: Great location to central downtown area of shopping and restaurants. Top floor rooms give you some view of the sea.

Disliked: Noisy area. 76 stairs to climb to get to room because elevator was extremely slow. Being notified of total visitor tax bill due in cash on the last day.
