“Schön aber nicht perfekt”

Liked: Die Wohnung ist schön groß und wurde sauber an uns vermietet. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Alle Räume, bis auf das Bad, sind klimatisiert, so dass auch heiße Phasen problemlos genossen werden können.

Disliked: Leider ist das Wohnhaus sehr hellhörig, weshalb man seine Nachbarn immer gut hören kann. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet aber vieles ist stark gebraucht/abgenutzt oder beschädigt (Küchen-Utensilien). Die Lage ist nicht so schön wie ich erwartet habe. Man befindet sich direkt an der Hauptstraße sowie an einer gut befahrenen Bahnstrecke und im Hof ist eine Kfz-Werkstatt, was dem Ganzen einen eher gewerblichen Eindruck der Umgebung vermittelt.

“Excellent”

Liked: La casa è molto spaziosa e fresca. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e profumati. Ben accessoriata. Pur vicino al treno e strada trafficata si sentivano poco i rumori. Si riposava benissimo. Zona tranquilla e ben tenuta. La proprietaria disponibile ed efficiente. Ottima esperienza. Molto apprezzato anche il posto auto sempre disponibile. Cosa che a Sestri non è scontata per nulla.

Disliked: A piedi dal centro circa 15 minuti. Noi non andiamo in bicicletta.
