“A great, convenient place to stay with a lovely, friendly host”

Liked: Spacious, exceptionally clean, comfortable apartment room with mezzanine bedroom and memory foam pillows & mattress, balcony, great shower & bathroom, mini fridge, bottled water. Great location 6 mins walk from the cathedral. Germana was a lovely, friendly, welcoming host.

Disliked: It was quite noisy until the early hours of the morning as there was some sort of festival when I stayed. Loud band music and fireworks at 01.30 that woke me up although Germana had warned me and thoughtfully provided earplugs.

“A really lovely stay with a friendly host.”

Liked: The position of the property is excellent for easily seeing everything in Palermo. Germana made us feel very welcome and her recommendations for restaurants were excellent.

“Exceptional”

Liked: Good location close to the cathedral and restaurants. You feel like you're close to real Sicilian family life in the back alleys, amongst regular family homes. Excellent cleaning daily and a fabulous hostess.

Disliked: Just took me a little while to get my bearings and a lot of fireworks going off at night but that's pretty much all over Palermo, there's nothing negative about the accommodation. Germana is a lovely lady who is super helpful and really approachable. She really cares about her guests and makes your stay super special. I had a mini apartment which was lovely to return to after a long day, bed made and everything tidy.

“Excellent”

Liked: Close to the centre

Disliked: Only suggestion to improve would be pastry/ fruit or yogurt for breakfast rather than biscuits but coffee was good.
