Liked: The location is very good and the host was very nice. There is a well functioning a/c and overhead fan. The bathroom, kitchen and front room/office were cleaned several times throughout the day.

Disliked: 1. The bed was not very comfortable (a bit hard for me and my husband). 2. There was no hot water for the shower 3. You cannot cook on the stove. It could only be used for boiling water for coffee, tea and boiling eggs.

Liked: Location was good, workers were friendly

Disliked: Wifi was terrible, didn’t work at all. Room lighting was very low, there was no table or anything so that you can put your necessary goods ( Example:water bottle, or food ) …. Only one towel was provided and no soap or body was available. There should be a trash can in the room.

Liked: The accommodation was in a great location at the edge of Getsemani, easy to reach by foot and by taxi. The owner was very friendly. The air conditioning worked well and was much appreciated in the heat.

Disliked: The bathroom was very small and separate from the bedroom. Water pressure was very poor. I would recommend booking the room with an en suite. Despite being on the edge of Getsemani, be prepared for a lot of noise all night at weekends.

Liked: Location, facilities

Liked: Location and they keep your luggage after checking out in case your flight is in the later hours.

Disliked: The room was miserable. WiFi didn’t really work. Only one towel for the whole stay. If you are on the second floor you better travel light because the stairs are so narrow and steep, not sure how are you going to get big luggage up. This guesthouse is for someone who just want a bed to sleep in and maybe good for one night if you really want to save money. I’ve stayed in hostels that were way way better. I can’t understand all those good reviews they got.

Liked: Great location inside city walls but far enough away from the noise. Good Aircon, with extra fan and wifi.

Disliked: Mattress needs changing as dips quite badly in the middle

Disliked: No water in the property. Host refused to find alternative solution. Expensive for what it offers. Bed uncomfortable. Loud from outside. No option to pay with card.

Liked: Location is very good. The staff is very nice and helpful. I can definitely recommend it. Caveat: it is in the heart of Getsemani. Don't stay there over the weekend if you're hyper-allergic go party people. Under the week (i.e. not a Saturday night) its calm.
