Disliked: . Dangerous neighborhood.bathtub mold. Poor installation. Noise place to rest.manager didn’t respond. No customer service: used toiletries, 2 towels, dirty rug bathroom.

Liked: Location and the beautiful and airy front porch.

Disliked: The busy street.

Liked: Tony was so sweet and helpful. Check in/check out information was very detailed and easy. Room was comfortable.

Liked: It was not super easy to get the keys, but NOT hard either; it was just step 1-5 to get key and get in our stay. It was pretty easy to book it though. The hostess that the owner left in charge was super nice and considerate of my restricted mobility. It was OK/Doable for the cleanliness. being inside of the property seemed pretty safe...

Disliked: Outside (the LOCATION) was quite sketchy and scary-looking. We didn't "fear for our lives"; just not used to that type of area, mainly because of all the run-down and abandoned houses (no offense- that's just PR's typical low-to-mid housing), the mangy cat and a rat across the street from our stay as we were getting out of our Uber. There's very little-to-No hot water (This may NOT be avoidable being that this may be typical for the whole San Juan). It may not be "too far" from the beach, just not a walkable distance.

Disliked: The parking situation was unacceptable; although I initially had a designated space, it was subsequently occupied by another guest.

Liked: It was a comfortable stay

Disliked: The location is in a dangerous location as advised by all the uber drivers. They asked not to walk outside in the night as the area is considered central to gang activities. To be fair, we did not encounter anything unsafe or dangerous, but there was this fear after multiple people warned us abiut the area.
