“Best location”
The location was absolutely perfect, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. The restaurant on the first floor was also amazing — honestly, it was the best restaurant we tried in Puebla. The food and atmosphere made our stay even more special. If I ever come back to Puebla, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

“We would definitely return!”
Liked: This is a wonderful boutique hotel located within easy walking distance of the attractions and restaurants of the historic center. The staff go out of their way to make sure guests are pampered and their every need is taken care of. Breakfast is delicious and highly recommended. A special thanks to Miguel at the front desk for helping us with all concierge needs, the restaurant staff for their wonderful service, and the room staff for keeping everything extremely clean and neat. We will definitely recommend you to others when in Puebla.

“Exceptional”
Liked: The Rooms were so comfortable and Beautiful. Steeped in Rich history and vibrant paintings, the hotel is a Work of Art itself! Everything was so clean and smelled great...even the tissue! The staff were so kind and treated us like family! The location was Superb! The beds and sheets were So Comfortable! The Food was Fantastic and the Bakery out of this world! We could not have been more pleased! We Highly recommend Casona de los Sapos Boutique Hotel! Mitsy, Louis, ALL the Staff went out of their way to help us as we prepared for our Daughter's Wedding at Puebla Cathedral! We WIll be Back! The Mendez Clarks

“Sensational stay. We wanted to stay there forever.”
Liked: The incredible premises. So beautiful, cozy, amazing rooms and art decor in a Spanish Style or Hacienda Style that preserved the original architecture. The restaurant is really really good. No need to go outside. From breakfast, warm-home made pastries to the sensational Taco hour on Wednesdays.
