“Unprofessional staff”

Disliked: Very disappointing experience for a hotel at this price level. At 2:00 p.m., the receptionist told me my room was not ready and refused to check with housekeeping, simply asking me to return at 3:00. Minutes later, the luggage staff checked and confirmed that the room was ready. This reflected poor coordination and a lack of genuine effort. Overall, the staff felt unwelcoming and service was consistently slow. There was also an unpleasant smell in the lobby and rooms, and the shower was not properly clean and had an unusual odor. Surprisingly, no complimentary beach bag is provided, despite this being common at five-star coastal hotels; instead, the hotel charges €40 for one. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail do not match the hotel’s pricing or five-star positioning.

“Exceptional”
Liked: Perfect experience overall. Offers a peaceful pool area perfect for relaxing. Service was flawless and every staff member went above and beyond. Breakfast was outstanding every day. Easily one of the best luxury stays in Spain

“I feel like I'll think about it before I die, so don't hesitate and make a reservation right away.”
Mallorca, my stay was filled with such happy memories... The views and facilities are classic and beautiful. I highly recommend the spa, sauna, and swimming pool... I plan to visit again on my next trip to Mallorca.

If it’s your honeymoon, you definitely need to stay here for several nights. Everything is perfect and there is nothing lacking.

“Pure luxury, warmth, and beauty in every detail”
Liked: My stay at Castillo Hotel Son Vida was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm, attentive staff to the stunning views and elegant room, every detail was perfect. The spa was incredibly relaxing and a true highlight of my visit. Having stayed at many top hotels worldwide, I can confidently say this one stands out for its authentic luxury and heartfelt hospitality. I look forward to returning!
