“I felt like i was ripped off and they didnt care in the least”

Liked: my booking was for a double queen and i had my confirmation stating so but was told they had me in a single. i had to pay another $30 to get the room id already paid for desk clerk was very rude and even after she saw my confirmation i was told i dont know but i cant do anything about it. then the hair dryer didnt work, there was a wet washcloth over the shower rod and thick dust on the tv stand.

Disliked: Air Conditioner didn't work properly. Staff was dismissive about the problem which ultimately wasn't corrected. So I just chose to go elsewhere. Non refundable stay of course.

“It was fine for what I needed for my trip, however, I think the customer service could be better.”

Liked: The property was average. It was clean and close to get to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino with a free shuttle or cheap Uber/Lift. I did not rent a car. I was in town from AZ for a concert at the Hard Rock. There is a QT close to walk to for drinks and snacks and several restaurants within a quick walk for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Disliked: I think the property is slightly overpriced for what you get. Also, when I called the office for the free shuttle to Hard Rock, the lady was rather rude and abrupt and I wasn't sure if she called for the shuttle or how long it would take because she hung up on me after I requested it. So, I had to call the shuttle service myself to confirm the request. I also needed a late check out because my flight home was not until 6:30 pm. I was told it would cost me another $20 plus tax for each hour I needed over the checkout time. So, I did not do that. I went back over to Hard Rock and hung out there for football Sunday and some lunch.

Liked: Awesome! Ultra clean! Like REALLY clean -room, lobby, parking lot- all of it! Finer next door great! Walkable to Hard Rock casino, Scooters coffee right next door. Book it!
