“Just paid for the view...”

Liked: The only thing I like is the view from the room.

Disliked: Amenities were not sufficient. The property owner didnt provide the basic requirements that of a rental service. There was no toilet paper. It was provided on our 3rd day with only 1 toilet roll for 3 pax. 1 thin blanket was allocated and we had almost beg for 2 extra for other companions. We were also told that they'd charge us for extra blankets. The sofa bed was old and tattered. The springs were poking your back. The thin cushion was smelly and old. We were placed in a different unit on our 1st day which is far better than what we booked. It was a very disappointing unit and the owner failed to provide a decent amenities.

“Best value for money”

I highly recommend this place. It is clean, has all the utensils, basic amenities we needed and the floor arrangement makes it spacious. It has dehumidifier and the room smells good. It has Netflix and the balcony view is stunning. I'll give 10/10 score of the person who manage this unit. Well done for being mindful of what a basic needs of a stay should be. I will surely book again on your unit. Cheers!

Highly recommended! A lovely place with a fantastic view. The location is spot on—right next to a 7-Eleven and just a short distance from the city center. Perfect balance of quality and price.

“Unpleasant Experience”

On the 1st day of the 10 day stay, we we’re relocated to a different unit in the same 16th floor since the original unit was said to have ongoing repair. Therefore no Wifi on the 1st day. The elevator malfunctioned so we have to climbed up as the repair is yet to be done on the weekend. Agent will not respond to request of new beddings so we ended up using the same beddings for the entire 10day duration. The netflix was logged out by the agent and we’re informed to use our own Netflix account. Lack of coordination among room service personnel. They asked us to move out from the 1st unit even though the original unit is not yet ready, therefore not well cleaned up when we arrived. Just an unpleasant experience knowing I am an Agoda Platinum member. Agoda should review these types of accommodations. So disappointing.
