Extremely nice hotel with good accommodations. Staff is exceptional and we were very lucky booking this hotel for this trip to Da Lat this time. Definitely will come back next we are back here. Highly recommended and you will not be disappointed.

The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and the service is excellent. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and very attentive. From the room to the other services, everything pleased me. A very memorable experience in Dalat — I will definitely return!

I arrived quite late, but *** (not sure if I spell right), who helped me with check-in, spoke excellent English, so everything went very smoothly. *** also helped me arrange a motorbike rental and kindly showed me how to use it, as some of the functions were different from the type of scooter I had used in Hanoi. Both of them also recommended some really delicious local restaurants. 👍 There was some construction noise from the surrounding area during the first few days of my stay, but the hotel really did its best to make my stay comfortable. They communicated with the neighbouring construction site to help reduce the noise. Beyond arranging a motorbike, they also helped me book my bus to Ho Chi Minh City when my credit card suddenly stopped working for online payments. Throughout my stay, all staff were always responsive and incredibly kind and friendly. The location is also great — only about 8–10 minutes by motorbike from the city centre, which I found very convenient. The only small issue was that I couldn’t find a pillow that fits me. All the pillows were very soft, but still a little higher than I prefer. Even so, the staff went out of their way to find me a smaller, lower pillow. 😄 There are also some little animals making noises around the property at night, but with earplugs, I could barely hear them. Overall, I had a very pleasant and satisfying five-night stay. The staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile whenever I needed something. If you’re visiting Da Lat for the first time, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Brand-new hotel, very clean. The bed and pillows were great for sleeping. Lots of stylish, photogenic spots that sparkle. A truly perfect trip—will definitely stay again every time I come to Dalat.

A huge plus is the easy-to-find location, with very comfortable and secure parking. Anyone who’s new to driving and jostling to find a parking spot like I was will understand how relieved and happy I felt =))) The room is modern and has all the amenities. Overall I loved this trip and will definitely add +1 hotel in Dalat to come back to!!!!

High-end furnishings, stylishly designed and extremely well maintained. Professional, refined service. Staff assist quickly when guests need help. Will definitely return when traveling to Dalat.
