“Good Value for Money”
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is a bit old, but considering the price, it was good value for money. The breakfast was very good and the hotel was generally fine. Cleanliness could be better. The biggest downside was the old air conditioning unit, which was quite loud and blew very strongly, with no option to adjust the airflow. Apart from that, we were generally satisfied with our stay.

“pengalaman yang menarik”
kamar luas dan nyaman dengan view menarik, pilihan sarapan pagi juga banyak pilihan, walau bagi kami yang muslim agak terbatas. kolam renang ok lah, terdapaty sauna dan steam room walau sangat sepi dan terkadang berasa kesepian disana. overall menyenangkan selama stay disini.

Great staff well spoken professional, without good staff any business is nothing, fantastic location 5* establishment very clean great pool sauna, gym lacks nothing rooms spotless and large, cant recommend enough, congratulations to everyone involved in the Hotel

“It's a hotel that you have to visit again.”
I have come to stay several times because I love the riverside atmosphere, enjoy the breakfast here, appreciate the spaciousness and decoration of the room that makes every corner practical, like the attentive staff, and find the prices reasonable.

“Great hotel with value for money”
Although it an old hotel but the owner took great care in maintaining it room outfits with some new features. As for wifi connectivity, it is strong and easy to connect. As for breakfast, wide variety of foods to choose from. Most importantly the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

“Older hotel but good value”
Yes, it's old and in need of renovation but you get what you pay for. Massive rooms, good staff, old grand style lobby etc. Is it luxury? No and it is priced accordingly.

“Comfortable accommodation.”
No matter how many times I come, I have never been disappointed with the stay. The bedding is very nice and I sleep very peacefully. The room is spacious with a river view. The staff are very good. This time, there was only one issue: I received a confirmation for late check-out, but they cut the key card at noon.

“Wonderful Stay”
Stayed at Centara Riverside Hotel for 4 nights and had a great experience. The hotel has exceptional facilities, including a nice pool, sauna, and gym. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The location was also convenient for exploring Chiang Mai. One thing to take note of: if you’re planning a trip to Doi Inthanon, the hotel is outside the pickup range for some of the more popular tours, so you may need to arrange your own transport to a pickup point. Overall, a very comfortable stay and a hotel I would happily recommend.
