“A Great Stay”

This was my second time staying here. An excellent location. The reception staff greeted me immediately and warmly. My room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. A short walk from Souq Waqif as well as a gold Souq. Very close to the Metro. Very easy to get the Metro from the airport to the Souq Waqif Metro station. The security team - Simon again very helpful - were so great at organising an airport taxi at short notice early in the morning. Abdul Salem was my very friendly and knowledgeable taxi driver for the airport ride. I will recommend and stay here again. A very, very positive stay this year. Thanks guys!

Liked: I had a really wonderful stay here. Everything was excellent, from the room and cleanliness to the overall service and hospitality. The entire experience was comfortable, smooth, and enjoyable. A special thank you to the gentleman who checked us in. He was very welcoming, professional, and made the check-in process quick and easy. I’d also like to appreciate Mr. Amin for his excellent service and assistance at the time of check-out. Both of them made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!
