Liked: Attentive staff to the core. Smiles and bows all around. Gracious service, killer breakfast, superb location near Shibuya station.
Disliked: Only that should have been a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Smaller observation for the 99% that was right with the hotel.

“Amazing!”
My wife and I spent a special stay here at the Cerulean Hotel to commemorate our wedding. The views of Shibuya, the food, staff, commodities were amazing and we look forward to book our next stay here in the near future.

“This is my go-to hotel every trip, and this time as well.”
Liked: Every trip, i make sure to return to this hotel. The facilities are great, the service is always genuine and spot on, the location is great, the food is tasty, the rooms are big and the view from the upper floor is simply amazing. Sure, the hotel is located on a hill, so it makes it a bit uncomfortable to walk to, but all in all - i always return to this hotel, and this trip was no different. Pro tip - always aim to book the upper floors rooms, those that also include the lounge access. the view is always great there and the lounge is honestly a very nice addition (available from 8am to 8pm).

“Tokyo visit”
The hotel is nice clean and has many facilities and well located. However, the rooms feel a bit tight.

“Excellent Hotel”
Liked: My stay at the Cerulean Tower was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious and first-class. The hotel was beautiful, elegant, and extremely comfortable, with outstanding service throughout our stay. The location in Shibuya was perfect, and the incredible views of Tokyo made the experience even more special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Cerulean Tower to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Tokyo!

“Perfect Hotel Option in Ginza”
Liked: We enjoyed many things about this Hotel such as the Friendly and helpful staff, the Cleanliness and the spacious rooms, the Nice location which is a convenient walking distance to all of Ginza retail locations, the facilities were nice and services offered were great.
Disliked: The Minor negative things during our stay were a little maintenance work going on for a couple of days in the reception area and the elevator. The styling overall is a little dated.
